Physical Description:
Slender and tall in appearance, Gray stands at 6''0, his complexion would be pale white, his eyes are piercing black, his hair black, if most were to look at him, they were to describe him as having a "business man's" appearance, though in terms of clothing, he would wear a closed coat, a white button-up shirt with a tie, black pants and black loafers. As for his bodily functions, he is fit, his bloodtype is O and also he suffers from a condition known as the Dextrocardia Situs Inversus Totalis, in which the entire internal body is swapped around.

Weapons:
M1911 Colt Combat Commander .45ACP, the metallic coating of the gun is made out of platinum, made out of the most expensive metal money can buy.

Gifts: There is a phenomenon that his name cannot be seen by anyone with Shinagami eyes or by Shinagami's themselves, only the date that he dies.

Abilities:
As a human, he is a typically well-rounded person, though not quite the fighter, he is capable of defending himself, but not attacking, since he has limited training in self-defense, particularly Judo, as for his skills with a pistol, he is quite capable of using a gun accurately in an emergency.

Character Traits:
Arrogant, cruel, vain, no-nonsense, all just one way to describe Gray, those who have met him have said the man is somewhat tactless and cold just like a businessman, his persona is also noted to be that of a gambler, everything to him is just like a playing card, to bet away a great expense with an expected positive result, those who disappoint him often meet a gruesome end for that.

Bio:
Much of Gray's past is shrouded in mystery, nothing much is known about the Executive assistant of Reiji Namikawa besides the fact he often tries to find ways to be a part of the council of chairmen for the Yotsuba company, often going at great lengths to try to be recommended for a seat, though this has bore fruitation since he was ordered to kill a man that protests against the Yotsuba company's business practice without invoking suspicion that it was him, getting the promotion in the first place and was able to gain a place within the council as an assistant to Reiji Namikawa, working for him as his right-hand man and popping in a suggestion in the meeting so that he would be considered sorely into getting a chairman position... which he would find that he will get it very soon if one of the company's chairmen dies.

Personal Desire: To become a part of the chairmen council.
